Swallowtail on Hilton Head Island

Conveniently located close to the Shops at Sea Pines Center with its renowned restaurant “Truffles,” retail shops, pizza, bike rental, and the “new” Low Country Produce Market and Cafe.  Harbour Town is only a short bike ride from Swallowtail. Harbour town has several fine restaurants, unique shops, the magnificent lighthouse (which is visitor friendly), along with a beautiful boat harbor and terrific views of the Calabogie Sound. You can rent kayaks, wave runners, sailboats, and paddle boards; go on eco tours or dolphin watches; charter fishing boats; or even go on a dinner cruise from Harbour town. The white sand beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and public golf courses are less than a mile from Swallowtail. Most places of interest are easily accessible by Trolley which stops right across the street.  If Tennis is your game, then you will want to experience the famous Stan Smith Tennis Academy in Harbour town. If Golf is your game, there are several courses in Sea Pines to choose from, including the world renowned Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the Heritage Classic PGA event held each spring, just after the Masters.

All swallowtail villas are newly decorated and furnished, freshly painted, with upgrades.  Each villa has a spacious  King Master Suite on the upper level with its own private bath room with a soaking tub. Just off this master bedroom is a sitting room with a convertible queen size sofa, game table, and  TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV, and its own bath on the first level. On the first level you will find the well equipped kitchen, including  full size appliances: self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, and microwave oven, and a conveniently located washer and dryer  Continuing on the first level you will find the living room with its flat screen TV with DVD, and ample seating  including a pull-out couch. There is a private patio off the dining area. The bedrooms are newly carpeted and the kitchen, living room, dinning area, and bathrooms are tiled. There is a private community pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard  just steps from your door.
