This 1-bedroom villa is just a 1-minute walk from the 10-foot-deep communal pool and a 2-minute walk from Venice Villas’ private beach on the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy 2 gazebos, long walks, fishing, sunbathing, and beautiful sunsets. This unit has its own front porch with seating for two, which is great for enjoying Happy Hour or sitting down and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. It also has its own covered carport, making parking easy. This unit comes with a well-equipped kitchen, small dining area, and a sitting area that has a sleeper sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and sofa. For your laundry needs, there is a communal laundry room a minute’s walk from the villa. We’ll see you soon!

Downtown Venice is less than a mile north of our location and features many fine restaurants, unique shops, Centennial Park, just south of us is Sharkey’s and Fins.
Several challenging Golf courses nearby include Lake Venice, Pelican Point, Jacaranda West, Calusa Lakes, Capri Isles, Waterford, Sarasota National are just a few you will enjoy.
Play Tennis at Courtside Tennis Club, Jacaranda West, or the Venice City Tennis courts downtown.
Rent a bicycle and enjoy the beautiful streets of downtown Venice, or bike the Legacy Trail.
